Large flour tortilla
1/4 cup black beans, canned
14 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
reduced fat sour cream, 1/4 cup
I use two cooked chicken breasts to make
three quesadillas, usually.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the meat, and
spray tortillas on the outside with cooking spray.
Lay tortilla on cooking sheet, layer chicken, beans, and cheese. Add salsa if you wish.
Close the tortilla, and put in very hot oven (425-450) Watch it closely- turn after four minutes and cook 3 minutes more on other side. Serve with sour cream. This is very filling, and you won't really need anything else once you finish!
