Egg-lass pancakes

    1.25c flour
    2t baking powder
    1T sugar
    .5t salt
    1c + 3T milk (nutrition calculated with 2%)
    2T oil


Stir together dry ingredients. Combine milk, and oil. Add all at once to the dry mixture. Stir until well blended, but lumpy. Yeilds 12-4" pancakes.
