Introduction

This is my favorite pizza dough recipe! Yum!! This is my favorite pizza dough recipe! Yum!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2.5t (1packet) yeast
    .25c warm water
    1t sugar
    ~mix these and set aside 5 minutes~
    1.5t salt
    1T oil
    1 egg
    .75c lukewarm water
    3.5c flour

Directions

After the first three ingredients have set for 5 minutes, add the remaining. Knead dough and place in a greased bowl. Place in a warm place to rise for 40 minutes or so. Prepare the toppings that you desire for the pizza (this nutrition calculation is for the dough only.) Press dough onto pizza pan. Baste the edges with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano if desired. Add sauce and toppings and bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
