    10 large apples peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    .5c water
    1t cinnamon
    .5c sugar


If you have a crockpot, place all ingredients in it and cook on low 10 hours. Then whisk or beat until it is the consistency your family likes.

If you do not have a crock pot, you can do this on the stove. I do not recall how long it takes, but stir often and add more water as needed.
