Michelle's Macaroni Salad

Introduction

This is my version of my mom's recipe-- modified so it's a little healthier This is my version of my mom's recipe-- modified so it's a little healthier
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    8 oz. Elbow macaroni cooked
    1 cup Lite mayo
    9 slices bacon, crumbled
    9 hardboiled eggs, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    6 tsp bacon grease
    pickle juice

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain and put in bowl. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.

This also makes 10 servings, 1 cup each.
