Ingredients

    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp protien whey powder. vanilla
    1/4 c. ground flax seed
    1/2 tea baking soda
    1/2 tea baking powder
    1/2 c organic, unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    1 1/2 tea vinegar
    1 c. frozen mixed berries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix in remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 9x9 glass baking dish and bake at 350* for 30 - 40 mins. until done
