Honey Chicken and Apple Walnut Salad

Introduction

I will throw anythin gon a bed of lettuce and this combo is really good! I will throw anythin gon a bed of lettuce and this combo is really good!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    1c chopped apples
    20 grams chopped walnuts
    3c Spring mix lettuce
    2 tbsp Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

Directions

1. Grill chicken on a George Forman and then cut into pieces
2. Allow chicken to cool and mix with Apples, walnuts, and Vinaigrette
3. Serve over lettuce or mix it in.
4. ENJOY!!
