Stove Top Meatloaf

Ingredients

    1/2 box Stove Top stuffing mix (beef flavor or other)
    1 egg
    1 pound extra lean ground sirloin

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place loaf in a baking pan (optional: spread with ketchup or barbecue sauce) and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Check with a fork to make sure juice is clear.
