Introduction

It maybe a little high in sodium, but it makes a great meal for one. It maybe a little high in sodium, but it makes a great meal for one.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Ham, regular (11% fat), 1/3 cup, diced
    Peas, frozen, 2/3 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (drained and rinsed)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Italian Seasoning, .5 tsp
    Tastefully Simple- Merlot Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 2 tsp

Directions

Cook rice- when rice is almost done, add all ingredients (except cheese) and mix togther. Cover and let cook until rice is done and veggies are cooked through. Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve.
Serves one.
