A base for the Cottage Cheesecake Dessert

A base for the Cottage Cheesecake Dessert

Introduction

This is the base for alot of yummy options but I sometimes eat it alone or with cinnamon and wanted to have it in my recipes.....GREAT way to add protein without carbs or sugar....GREAT sweet tooth fix...

I eat this plain, on a w/w waffle, w/w tortilla or with cinnamon w/w tortilla chips (made at home in the oven)

This also travels GREAT in a cooler and fruit can be added when desired.

    Blue berries, strawberries (great)

    1/2 apple diced
    1/2 banana sliced

Use Lemon flavored pudding and it's great too.
key Lime juice can add a nice flavor also.

Directions

Whip cottage cheese in a blender until smooth making sure to scrape sides of blender into the center (careful of your spatula I've ruined a few on this one)....Add pudding and extract (a splash of skim milk if NEEDED)......Dish out into cups.

Add fruit when ready to eat.
