Ingredients

    Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
    Masterpiece Marinade Honey Teriyaki w/ Sesame
    White Onion
    Water
    Oil
    Yellow Rice
    Carrots and Peas mix

Directions

For the rice:
You begin by boiling the water for the rice and following the directions of whatever rice you are using.
For the chicken:
Line pan with foil, add 3/4 cup of water and 15 mL of oil. Cut 1/4 of an onion and spread throughout pan. Add 3 chicken skinless and boneless breasts and poke little holes in chicken. Pour marinade over chicken to your pleasure. Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 30-45 minutes.
For peas and carrots:
Add can to pot...heat :-)
