Grandma's fruitie smoothie

Introduction

Ok I'm sure someone has come up with this before but this one my grandma taught me. add a scoop of whey protein to make a delish protein shake. Ok I'm sure someone has come up with this before but this one my grandma taught me. add a scoop of whey protein to make a delish protein shake.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Add 1 cup of plain or vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of orange juice, and frozen strawberries. If you use frozen fruit you don't have to put ice in it to make it "smoothie-er"

Directions

This makes between 3 and 4 cups. If you don't drink it all right away, pour it into a cup and stick the rest in the freezer. It thaws fairly quickly so just take it out and let it sit for a few minutes when you want to drink the rest.
