Ingredients

    !0 cups chopped rhubarb
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup whole grain oats
    1.5 cups of splenda brown sugar
    3/4 cup margerine

Directions

Layer rhurbarb across a 6x9 baking pan.
Mix thorughly flour, oats splenda and margarine. Sprinkle topping over rhurbarb. Bake at 325 until rhurbarb is soft and topping is lightly browned.
