Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients

    1 medium Cantaloupe, (about 5" dia) cubed
    2 C Orange Juice,
    1 Tbsp Lime Juice,
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .optional
    fresh mint optional

Directions

Place cantaloupe and 1/2 Cup of orange juice in blender or food processor, cover and process till smooth.
Transfer to large bowl, stir in remaining orange juice, lime juice. Optional cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with fresh mint. 4 (105 cal) -6 (70 cal) servings.
