A nice light summer lunch,. very easy and tasty. It can also be used as a starter. It has only about 30 calories per piece. It is easy for everyone to calculate how may calorires they have had. A nice light summer lunch,. very easy and tasty. It can also be used as a starter. It has only about 30 calories per piece. It is easy for everyone to calculate how may calorires they have had.

Ingredients

    Watermelon, smoked turkey breast and parsley.

Directions

Roll the meat around the chilled watermelon and decorate with a small pĂ­ece of parsley. If you are making a large plate; use a round plate and place the parsley in the middle, then the turkey roll around and finaly if you have more watermelon make an outer ring with small pieces. That looks really great.
