Ingredients

    .5 cup Strawberries, fresh
    2 cups Watermelon chunks
    2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    1 cup ice
*Granulated Sugar to taste (I use 4-6 T)
(I prefer Turbinado Organic Raw cane sugar)

    For a Hawaiian Twist:
add 1/2 cup Kerns Guava Necter

(This will also sweeten the drink if you do not want to add sugar.)

You can also add a little water if the mixture is too thick for you.

I probably wouldn't add sugar unless it was in the form of honey which has been proven to help us lose/maintain our wt. Or I would use powdered Stevia which I've come to love. - 3/27/12
