Ingredients

FILLING:
1 lb (about 4 cups) sliced rhubarb
1/4 cup sucanat (or brown sugar)
1 tsp Cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
2 tsp sucanat
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Mix topping ingredients together. Put into glass baking bowl.
Combine topping ingredients. Crumble on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings. Serve with yogurt dip - it's yummy!
