* Flour, white, 3 cup (remove)
* Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
* Fleischmann's Dry Active Yeast (1 packet = 1/4 tsp), 1 serving (remove)
* Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
* Wheat bran, crude, 15 grams (remove)
2. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 12-18 hours.
3. Turn out dough onto board, pat down and fold into ball. Sprinkle with wheat bran.
4. Bake at 450 in preheated dutch oven with with lid on for 25 minutes. Remove lid and continue to bake for 15 minutes until loaf is browned.
5. Cool on rack.
