Extra Firm Tofu - 3 blocks
Chili Beans - 2 cans
Kidney Beans - 2 cans
Diced Tomatos - 2 cans
Tomato Sauce - 1 can
Mixed Vegetables - 1 package (16 oz)
Taco Bell Taco Seasoning - 1 packet
Chili Powder - 3 TBS
Cumin - 1 TSP
Garlic Powder - 1 TSP
Onion Powder - 1 TSP
Add chili beans, kidney beans, diced tomatos, tomato sauce and mixed vegetables. Stir together.
Add Taco Seasoning - Stir
Add Chili Powder - Stir
Add Cumin, Garlic and Onion - Stir
Cook on medium - high until it begins to boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning on the bottom of the pot.
Great when served with crackers and shredded cheese!
