Crock Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

Introduction

I make this whenever hubby or I get sick...ultimate comfort food. I make this whenever hubby or I get sick...ultimate comfort food.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups chicken stock
    2 cups water
    6 carrots, diced
    1 celery stalk, diced
    1/2 onion, diced
    12 oz. chicken breast, diced
    1 tsp. each: dried oregano, dried powdered garlic, dried powdered rosemary,
    1 bay leaf
    a little olive oil, if needed
    8 oz. noodles, cooked

Directions

Combine all but noodles in crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours.


If desired, brown celery, onion, and carrot in olive oil first, but it's not necessary.


Add cooked noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
