Introduction

By using 50% beans and about 50% sugar, the recipe loses no flavor but quite a bit of fat and sugar. (You shouldn't be able to tell that there are beans in the mix!) Ingredients

    2/3 Cup Sugar
    1 Cup Splenda
    1/2 Stick Butter
    1/4 Cup Bean Puree
    4 Oz Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
    2 Large Eggs
    1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
    1 1/3 Cup Flour
    1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 Tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 F. Grease pan
Puree Beans
Microwave Sugar, Splenda, Butter, .25 Cup Beans, 2 Tablespoons water: Until bubbling and butter is melted.
Add flour, baking soda and salt, stir well.
Bake for 15-20 Minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan or wire rack. Cut into bars.
