Mango Salsa

Submitted by: NHAAV6
Mango Salsa

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

1 whole mango peeled and diced
2 whole jalepeno peppers, diced finely(I leave half of one's seeds in to spice it up)
2 Tbs green bell pepper diced
2 Tbs red bell pepper diced
    1/4 C diced red onion
3 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro(I use scissors to cut it up)
    2 whole limes, juiced

Directions

Chop all ingredients and toss together, I like to do this early in the day and then refrigerate. The flavors blend together and taste wonderful. I serve this with a grilled chicken or salmon.

  • I made this without the cilantro, and used habanero peppers instead. We put it on grilled swordfish, and it was amazing! - 6/2/09
