Ingredients

    2 cans crab meat
    2 egg whits
    1.5 cups bread crumbs
    .5 cup stove top stuffing
    .25 cup chopped red pepper
    .24 chopped onion
    cooking spray

Directions

mix all ingredients, shape into patties (8) spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. cook over med heat till golden brown
