Ingredients

    1 cup cucumber peeled
    1 cup tomato chopped
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1 small can chopped olives
    2 oz fat free feta cheese
    1/4 cup fat free balsamic and red wine vinegrette

Directions

Combine all ingrediants in a bowl, store in fridge for an hour to marinate
