3 Bean Salad

Introduction

Easy to make, homemade version. Can add other beans and / or sugar substitutes. Easy to make, homemade version. Can add other beans and / or sugar substitutes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can (15 oz.) yellow wax beans
    2 cans (15 oz) green beans
    1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, low salt
    1/2 cup chopped onion, red or white or yellow
    2/3 + cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup balsalmic vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions

Drain each can of beans and toss into large bowl.
Add chopped items.
Blend oil & vinegar & sugar as you would a vinegarette.
Pour over beans & onion, celery. Stir to mix.
Really needs to be chilled 2 or so hours to allow flavor to blend. Also helpful to stir 1-2 times to fully mix all beans with vinegarette.
