Quick Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Introduction

Most of the prep is done while the spaghetti is cooking. Most of the prep is done while the spaghetti is cooking.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 package of whole wheat spaghetti
    3 large tomatoes
    3 garlic cloves
    1 can of black olives
    1 tab cider vinegar
    1 pack of mushrooms

Directions

Boil water and add noodles. Cook according to package. In a blender add 3 large tomatoes, cut up; 3 garlic cloves; 1 can black olives; 1 tab cider vinegar and blend in blender until smooth. For the last 3 mins of cooking time add mushrooms to water with noodles. Drain after cooking is done and stir in sauce. Put back on the hot burner for a few mins. and cook. Plate and serve. Add parmesan to top.
