Basic Banana Smoothie

Introduction

My son's favorite breakfast smoothie. My son's favorite breakfast smoothie.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 medium bananas
    10 ice cubes
    1 cup skim milk
    1 scoop EAS AdvantEDGE Vanilla protein powder

Directions

Place the ice in the bottom of a blender, followed by the milk, protein powder, and bananas (broken in half). Blend until smooth. Pour into three cups, 8 oz each.

If you would like to keep some of the smoothie for later, place in a plastic cup and set in the freezer. To use later, defrost on low for a minute or two, then re-blend, adding a little milk.
