Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, 2 cup
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz
Salsa, 1 cup
Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup
La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 1 serving
Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp
Green onions for garnish
In a loaf pan spread one layer of beans, top with 1/3 the meat mixture, 1/3 cup of cheese, 1/3 cup salsa
Cut the tortilla into strips and layer 1/2 the tortilla on top.
Repeat until you have 3 layers of filling seperated by 2 tortilla layers. (Reserve last 1/3 cup of salsa for serving so that the top layer ends with cheese)
Bake at 350 until warm and cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with green onion and remaining salsa
**Notes: May also remove tortilla layer and serve with taco shells and/or warm tortillas.
