Introduction

This is a meal i can up with on my first day of dieting and I said to my self this may just be good so i tried it and it was tasty This is a meal i can up with on my first day of dieting and I said to my self this may just be good so i tried it and it was tasty
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups Croutons (Crushed not fine) any flavor

    4 peices Chickcen breast (or any chicken you happen to have around)

    2.5 cups Water( for thicker use less water)

    4 cups Green Beans

Directions

Crush your croutons in a 9 inch round pan put some to the side about 1 cup
add your water add Mrs. Dash stir and then take you left over croutons and finely crush them coat your chicken breast with the crushed croutons then put them in the pan close to edge but not touching then top the meal off with a final lawyer of green beans. This is a complete meal

This makes a great meal for four adults two adults and four children or you and the couple next door it has the possible of four to six people i eat on it for four days
