My Favorite Salsa

Introduction

a boss of mine made this all the time with everything from his garden. it quickly became my favorite over any other salsa! a boss of mine made this all the time with everything from his garden. it quickly became my favorite over any other salsa!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3-4 Plum Tomatoes with Skin
    1 onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
    1 heaping teaspoon cumin
    juice from 1 lemon or lime
    1 heaping tablespoon garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
    1 avacado (optional)

Directions

chop everything making it as fine or thick as you like (LOVE it thinner then thicker). transfer all to a glass or plastic bowl (NO metal bowls!!!) refridgerate overnight. enjoy with tortilla chips or use on cooked chicken, pork, beef, etc

****if you use avacado you MUST eat within 24 hours
