Southwestern Grill Rub w/ steak

Introduction

I made this with london broil (it was the cheapest steak) you could substitute any steak really I bet.
Oh and this isn't my recipe I found it somewhere online but I don't know whose it is.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    30oz London broil (I estimated this)
    1tbs chili powder
    2 cloves garlic (or 1tbs garlic powder)
    1tbs dry mustard
    .5 tbs oregano
    .5tbs thyme
    .5 tbs paprika
    .5 tbs cumin
    .5 tbs coriander
    .5 tsp salt (or to taste)

Directions

Combine all spices together in a small bowl and mix them together. Rub a liberal amount into either side of the steak(s)
Grill until it's how you like it (med. rare, etc.) It's very quick and easy.
