Ingredients

    1 cup boiling water
1 small envelope sugar free flavored geletin (Such as Jell-O)
1 6 oz container greek style yogurt (such as Fage) - you can also use plain nonfat yogurt, just strain it first until it's thick and creamy

Directions

Mix gelatin with boiling water until disolved. Mix in yogurt and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed together - be patient, it takes a lot of mixing. Add splenda to taste.

  • This is so good. I made mine with sugar free Lemon Jello, and I had the light cream cheese, but realized I forgot to buy another one, I needed 2. I had a weight watcher whipped tube of 8oz lite, and it worked perfect. sugar free cookie crumbs on top. WONDERFUL! - 6/22/12

  • I love this when I am doing low carb diets. It needs to be made in a blender to avoid a mess and I like to use lemon or lime jello as it kind of tastes like a cream pie filling. Thanks for sharing! - 10/4/10

  • Used only 1 pkg cream cheese (microwaved to soften) added the yogurt, then the dissolved jello/water gradually, so it didn't need much mixing. Used 2 gm (4t) Splenda & added 4 servings of Benefiber. In a square glass pan, 9 servings = each 96 cal, less fat & sodium, more carbs (due to Benefiber.) - 7/22/10

  • I very well could have made this wrong...but mine turned out TERRIBLE. It never molded together and tasted bitter. Again, could have been faulty ingredients or a faulty chef...but I probably won't try again. - 6/9/08
