Very Berry Smoothie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh blackberries (or whatever kind of berry you like)
    1 cup frozen sour cherries (unsweetened)
    1 cup plain soy milk
    1 continer flavored non fat probiotic yogurt (I used strawberry)
    4 teaspoons servings of benefiber
    2 scoops of Aria Whey Women's Protein Vanilla
    3 cups ice (more or less depending on the texture that you like your smoothies)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. I like to blend of all of the ingredients then add the ice 1 cup at a time to get the right consistency. Recipe makes 2 approximately 16 oz servings, and could easily be halved to make a smoothie for 1. Also, makes a nice summer dessert if you top it with a serving or two of lite cool whipe (not included in the nutritional calculation above).
