Introduction

A delicious way to get your greens in the morning. A delicious way to get your greens in the morning.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 bunch of organic spinach
    1 medium apple (galas are good)
    1 medium banana
    1 can of organic pineapple slices
    1 teaspoon flax seed

Directions

Makes around 3 to 4 cup-size servings.
Combine a cup of ice, fruit, flax seed, and add water as necessary to smoothe ingredients. Then add spinach and blend.
