Introduction

This chicken is great on its own, or make it on the weekend and slice it to use in recipes later in the week. This chicken is great on its own, or make it on the weekend and slice it to use in recipes later in the week.

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts
    1/4 cup Lemon Pepper marinade
    1 TBSP cooking sherry
    1 TBSP olive oil

Directions

1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in skillet.
3. Add chicken and sherry; brown on both sides.
4. Cover and cook until juices run clear when pierced by a fork.

Makes 2 servings.
