Ingredients

1/2 cup of Lime Juice, or 3 fresh limes with zest
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp ground Ginger
1/2 tsp ground Pepper
Cilantro to taste
Directions
I whisked everything together in my food processor.
This marinade is really good on chicken or shrimp. I like to add it to my stir fry vegetables. I don't use salt on anything (because my boyfriend will!) so you may find that it needs a little salt. Experiment!
