Number of Servings: 4


    4 Red Ripe Tomatoes
    4 oz Provolone Cheese
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Garlic powder


Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on a oven-safe plate.

Combine the cheese, garlic powder and olive oil in food processor and pulse until the cheese is finely grated.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomatoes. Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted and browned on top.
