1.22 Pound uncooked Italian turkey Sausage links ( 1 package of Jennie -0's)
1/2 cup beef broth
1 medium yellow squash cut up into 1/4" pieces
2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup green onions
3 cups uncooked penne pasta - nutrition info uses barilla plus penne
2 T extra virgin olive oil.
Stir in Squash, tomatoes, and 1/2 of the basil. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 miuntes, stirring occasionally, Stir in onions. Simmer uncovered 1 minute.
Meanwhile, cook and drain pasta as directed on the package. Toss pasta, oil and remaining basil. Divide pasta among bowls. Top with sausage mixture.
