.5 lb Lean Ground Beef (I used Laura's)
.5 (1/2) can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
.5 cup milk (I used skim)
3 corn tortillas
.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used 2% cheddar cheese) (Note: calorie count includes 2 oz 2% cheddar cheese - sprinkle the remaining sparingly)
.5 cup salsa (not included in calorie count)
2. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 1 quart shallow baking dish. Cover.
3. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serves 3.
