Introduction

I used orange roughy as the fish in the nutrition tracker because there was no Hoki and they are similar in cals althouth Hoki is about 5 cals per serving less. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 6 oz. Hoki filets
    1 egg
    1.8 c progresso bread crumbs
    1 tbsp evoo
    1 lime

Directions

Beat one egg. Soak fish filet in egg then coat in bread crumbs, repeat. Fry in pan in evoo. Squeeze 1 lime over fish before serving.
