Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tsp of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
    .5 cup frozen strawberries
    1 meduim banana
    1 scoop of Whey Protien (Strawberry or Vanilla)
    .75 cup of Milk (I use skim)
    .5 cup of low fat yogurt
    6 ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients for 5 minutes. This "plumps: it up and makes it nice and yummy.

This will make 2 16 oz servings. Perfect for a snack or meal replacement.
