Introduction

Easy and cool salad for BBQ's, lunch and dinners. Easy and cool salad for BBQ's, lunch and dinners.

Ingredients

    1 Cucumbers sliced
    2 Tomatoes sliced
    1 Bell Pepper sliced
    1/2 Red Onion thin sliced
    1 tbsp Oregano
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt to taste (optional)

Directions

Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers into bite size pieces. Thinly slice red onion. Drizzles olive oil and sprinkle oregano over mixture. Season with salt, if necessary.
