Mango Apple Salsa

Introduction

This is a mish mosh of various salsa recipes I have tried in the past. Add any addition spices you might like. This is a mish mosh of various salsa recipes I have tried in the past. Add any addition spices you might like.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 Mangos diced
    1 large Green Apple, minced
    1 sweet red Peppers, minced
    Raw Onions, raw, .5 cup, minced
    1/8 cup Hot Chili Peppers, minced (or to taste)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Ground Cumin 1/2 tbsp (or to taste)
    1 14 oz can Black Beans, rinsed

Directions

Cut up all ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate a few hours before eating. Serves approximately 8 as a side dish or use as a dip with homemade corn tortilla chips.
