Red Curry tofu

Introduction

Delicious Thai Dish. Serve with rice. Delicious Thai Dish. Serve with rice.

Ingredients

    can lite coconut milk
    block of extra firm tofu (cubed)
    can of bamboo shoots (sliced)
    Tbsp Thai red curry paste
    2 cups cooked chinese broccoli
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp rice wine or rice vinegar
    .25 tsp brown sugar
    cup of water

Directions

Makes 4 1.25-cup servings.
cut tofu and cook broccoli.
Add all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 20 minutes. serve with rice.
