Ingredients

    3 oz. tuna in water
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 diced kosher dill pickle
    1 boiled egg white, chopped
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 leaves romaine lettuce
    2 slices whole grain bread

Directions

Drain tuna. Combine with oil, pickle, and egg white. Spread mustard on bread then spoon on tuna mixture. Add lettuce.
