4 large Baking potatoes
2/3 cup Butter
2/3 cup Flour
4 cup Milk
4 each Scallion chopped, divided
12 slices Bacon cooked, crumbled
1 packet Ranch Dressing mix
Melt butter over low heat and add flour. Add milk, until thick. Add potato pulp, ranch dressing mix, scallions and bacon. Cook until throughly heated.
Serve with shredded cheese or sour cream as desired!
