Ingredients

    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 eggs
    1 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
    moz cheese

Directions

cut chicken in half through width of breast
whisk eggs together
dip chicken in eggs
dredge chicken in bread crumbs
place in pam-sprayed dish and bake at 425 for 15 minutes
sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
