Ingredients

*Flour, white, 1.5 cup
Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
Salt, 1 tsp
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Soy Milk, .75 cup
*Canola Oil, .25 cup
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add in soy milk and canola and mix just until blended. Bake in muffin tin at 400 degrees F for ~ 20-25 minutes, until baked through.
