Pineapple Carrot and Apple Muffins

Ingredients

    1.5 WW FLOUR
    1/4 CUP pure maple syrup
    1.5 TSP BAKING SODA
    1.5 TSP CINNAMON
    .5 TSP NUTMEG
    .5 TSP SALT
    1 red apple, cut up
    1/4 CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
    1/4 OLIVE OIL
    2 EGGS
    2 CUPS GRATED CARROTS
    1/4 c. walnuts

Directions

Blend fruit in blender with olive oil and eggs. Mix dry ingredients together. Add blended mix and continue mixing. Add nuts. Bake at 350* for about 10 mins. until done.
