Submitted by: KEDP98

This is a great recipe when you need a boost of protein. It also provides folate. And it's pretty fast an easy, so you can make it for breakfast even on weekdays! Can be served over whole wheat high-fiber toast for an extra calorie/carb/fiber boost. This is a great recipe when you need a boost of protein. It also provides folate.
